1. General

This website is operated by AR RAJU BEVERAGES PRIVATE LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ARTOS.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing beverages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You are purchasing beverages for personal or lawful commercial consumption

  • You are at least 18 years of age (where applicable)

3. Product Information

We sell packaged beverages through our Shopify store.

While we strive to ensure accuracy:

  • Product images are for representation only

  • Packaging may vary

  • Taste, colour or consistency may differ batch to batch

  • Nutritional values are approximate unless specified

Customers are advised to check:

  • Ingredients

  • Allergen information

  • Expiry dates upon delivery

4. Pricing

All prices listed are:

  • In INR

  • Inclusive of GST (as mentioned)

  • Subject to change without prior notice

We reserve the right to:

5. Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • This does not constitute acceptance

  • Limit quantities

  • Reject suspicious or bulk reseller orders

6. Payment

We accept payments via:

  • UPI

  • Credit / Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • Shopify-supported payment gateways

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Logistics partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional restrictions

  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery.

Customers must ensure correct shipping address.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of beverages:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged in transit

  • Product is expired at delivery

  • Incorrect item delivered

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos

  • Order details

Refunds/replacements are processed after verification.

No return will be accepted for:

  • Taste preference

  • Minor packaging dents

  • Improper storage after delivery

9. Storage Responsibility

Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Store as per instructions

  • Refrigerate if required

  • Consume before expiry

We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage.

10. Health Disclaimer

Our beverages are not intended to:

  • Diagnose

  • Treat

  • Cure

  • Prevent medical conditions

Customers with:

  • Allergies

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Medical conditions

Should consult a qualified professional before consumption.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Health reactions due to known allergies

  • Improper use or storage

  • Delay in delivery beyond our control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.

12. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logo

  • Product names

  • Images

  • Descriptions

Are owned by ARTOS and may not be used without permission.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
