RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Nature of Product
As we sell consumable beverage products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns or offer refunds/replacements only if:

Product is damaged during transit

Product received is leaking

Product delivered is incorrect

Product is expired at the time of delivery
To qualify, customers must:
✔ Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Share clear photos/videos of the issue
✔ Provide Order ID
Requests made beyond 48 hours may not be eligible.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Taste preference
-
Minor packaging dents

Improper storage after delivery

Delay in consumption
-
Opened or partially consumed products (unless damaged on arrival)
4. Replacement Policy
Eligible cases will receive:

Replacement of the same product OR
-
Store credit OR
-
Refund
Decision will be based on product availability and nature of issue.
5. Refund Process
Once approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For COD orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI
6. Return Pickup
If required:

Pickup will be arranged by us
-
Product must be kept in original packaging
In some cases, photo verification may suffice without return pickup.
7. Storage Responsibility
Once delivered, customers are responsible for:

Refrigeration (if required)

Proper storage

Consumption before expiry
Refunds will not be issued for spoilage due to improper storage.
8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

In case of damaged/wrong product, we bear replacement shipping
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled:

Before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible due to product sensitivity.
